Brampton, Ontario, Canada: StackTeck Systems Ltd., a global manufacturer of high-volume injection molding tooling and automation solutions for thinwall packaging, closures, PET preforms, personal care and medical products, will exhibit a 5 gallon pail demonstration mold with sophisticated instrumentation at the RJG booth in Hall 13, Booth 86. Plastic samples of 5 gallon pails will also be on display, which were molded at StackTeck in an iMFLUX capable test machine using PCR HDPE resin with a Melt Index of 0.7 MFI, utilizing RJG’s new Autonomous Process Control technology.
According to StackTeck’s President and CEO, Michael Gould: “As RJG has taken on their new role as the exclusive provider of iMFLUX technology this year, our companies have started working even closer together. At the NPE show last year, StackTeck announced our Center of Excellence with services for product development and mold qualifications utilizing the iMFLUX process. We have been an RJG certified moldmaker since 2006, and so we are working together with RJG even more closely to take full advantage of the iMFLUX technology, especially as it relates to handling challenging PCR resins. We have been very busy fulfilling major projects of that nature, which has been an important part of our growth as we have enjoyed a record year for orders in 2025.”
