Envases CMF Celebrates First Year of Closure Production
Turnkey Systems delivered by StackTeck to its customer Envases CMF in Chile have reached a one year milestone.
As a new producer of beverage caps, Envases CMF selected StackTeck as their turnkey system provider for a liner-less 1881 CSD beverage cap, a design that is licensed by Universal Closures (UCL) of the United Kingdom.
As per Simon Martin, StackTeck’s Director of Closure Systems, “This was a great turnkey project from the beginning. There was an ambitious schedule that called for a smooth and aggressive production ramp-up. Envases CMF entrusted us with the mold, machine, auxiliaries, cooling, inspection and decoration, including integration at their facility in Chile.”
According to Envases CMF Operations Manager, Luis H. Girod: “StackTeck has not only been a supplier but really a partner. Their team has always showed us their professionalism, expertise and business knowledge. Those are qualities that confirm that our choice of StackTeck was the right one. In terms of quality, there are no doubts. After millions of cycles the injection molds are in perfect shape and continue producing CSD 1881 Caps with the same quality that they have since the beginning. As a result of our excellent experience with StackTeck, we have gained new business and we hope to continue doing so in the future.”
