Faster lead times with cutting edge capacity are now possible with the new investments StackTeck is pleased to announce. These additions to StackTeck’s equipment increase capacity and improve lead times further.
Lou Dimaulo, StackTeck’s Vice President Operations stated: “We’re delighted to see our customers are responding to the ever increasing range of products and services that we are offering to the industry. We have been fortunate to grow with our customers and have been awarded several multi-mold programs. In our manufacturing facility, we have doubled our hard milling capacity in the last 3 years, and we have high speed specialized machines that are capable of reaching up to 42,000 RPM spindle speed. Our recent acquisition for our plate machining line includes the biggest machines in North America with grinding capacity of 1×2 meters. In our test facilities, we are constantly updating our machines and have recently added a new Netstal ELION 4200 to keep up with our busy test schedule.”
StackTeck has also added a weekend shift to the operations staff as a strategy to avoid lead time increases while order intake has been climbing.
